For as long as I can remember, real property has been a part of my life: working in construction and property management; litigating real property issues in the courts; and now, the proud owner of Counsel Title LLC.
Real estate is, simply put, part of my DNA.
Watching first-time homebuyers celebrate in our office, helping our investors acquire and manage their portfolios, and working with our lender clients to ensure seamless and compliant transactions – I love what I do and I’m very proud of the Counsel Title team. Blessed with the best and the brightest, our clients can expect to experience a difference.
If I’m not in a closing, I can be found rooting for the Washington Nationals (yes, even now), playing music with my daughter, going on the occasional “date” with my wife, and trying to perfect my new pandemic hobby – raised container gardening.
I am a problem solver by nature and believe you have to think outside the box sometimes to find solutions for difficult transactions. I believe that communication is key to customer service, and I love helping my clients achieve their dreams of homeownership!
In my spare time you can find me at the baseball field watching one of my five boys (yes five!) play ball or enjoying time on the Chesapeake Bay or at the beach.
Tammy believes in giving clients 110% to ensure they understand the process and that they are at ease throughout the transaction. She is a problem solver and believes that communication is the main key of a smooth transaction.
In her spare time, Tammy enjoys attending her grandkids activities and spending time with family and friends.
