Assistant Processor / Post-Closer

Candidates should have exceptional organizational and communication skills, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-moving office environment. Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

  • Front-Desk Reception
  • File Creation
  • Order title abstracts, surveys, loan / lien payoffs
  • Effective communication and collaboration with all parties (buyers / sellers, lenders, realtors and lawyers)
  • Delivery of all documentation to the proper parties (i.e. contract parties, lender(s), abstractor / recorder) after Closing
  • Resolve Post-Closing Issues
  • Title Policy Preparation and Delivery

Education / Training / Experience

  • High School Diploma – College Degree preferred but not required
  • 1+ years as a Settlement Processor / Post Closer – training available for a motivated candidate
  • Ideal Candidate will demonstrate a vested interest in real estate law and title insurance sales
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office products
  • Qualia and Simplifile experience preferred

Education / Training / Experience

  • Title Producer License(s)
  • +2 Years of Title Company / Law Office experience
  • Qualia Software experience preferred

Candidates should have exceptional organizational and communication skills, and the ability multi-task in a fast moving office environment. Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

  • Preparing Closing Disclosures and ALTA Settlement Statements
  • Ordering title abstracts, surveys, loan / lien payoffs
  • Drafting documents for closings
  • Effective communication and collaboration with all parties (buyers / sellers, lenders, realtors and lawyers)
  • Deliver all documentation to the proper parties (i.e. contract parties, lender(s), abstractor / recorder) after Closing
  • Preparation of final title insurance policies

Education / Training / Experience

  • High School Diploma – College Degree preferred but not required
  • 2+ years as a Settlement Processor / Post Closer – training available for a motivated candidate
  • Ideal Candidate will demonstrate a vested interest in real estate law and title insurance sales. Real Estate industry experience preferred (i.e. real estate law firm / title company, realtor / broker, mortgage lending).
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office products
  • Qualia Software experience preferred
