Assistant Processor / Post-Closer
Candidates should have exceptional organizational and communication skills, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-moving office environment. Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- Front-Desk Reception
- File Creation
- Order title abstracts, surveys, loan / lien payoffs
- Effective communication and collaboration with all parties (buyers / sellers, lenders, realtors and lawyers)
- Delivery of all documentation to the proper parties (i.e. contract parties, lender(s), abstractor / recorder) after Closing
- Resolve Post-Closing Issues
- Title Policy Preparation and Delivery
Education / Training / Experience
- High School Diploma – College Degree preferred but not required
- 1+ years as a Settlement Processor / Post Closer – training available for a motivated candidate
- Ideal Candidate will demonstrate a vested interest in real estate law and title insurance sales
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office products
- Qualia and Simplifile experience preferred

Education / Training / Experience
- Title Producer License(s)
- +2 Years of Title Company / Law Office experience
- Qualia Software experience preferred

Settlement Processors (Experienced and Entry-Level)
Candidates should have exceptional organizational and communication skills, and the ability multi-task in a fast moving office environment. Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- Preparing Closing Disclosures and ALTA Settlement Statements
- Ordering title abstracts, surveys, loan / lien payoffs
- Drafting documents for closings
- Effective communication and collaboration with all parties (buyers / sellers, lenders, realtors and lawyers)
- Deliver all documentation to the proper parties (i.e. contract parties, lender(s), abstractor / recorder) after Closing
- Preparation of final title insurance policies
Education / Training / Experience
- High School Diploma – College Degree preferred but not required
- 2+ years as a Settlement Processor / Post Closer – training available for a motivated candidate
- Ideal Candidate will demonstrate a vested interest in real estate law and title insurance sales. Real Estate industry experience preferred (i.e. real estate law firm / title company, realtor / broker, mortgage lending).
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office products
- Qualia Software experience preferred
